The location was absolutely perfect, within easy walking distance to all the major sights and conveniently close to fantastic dining options like Em's Kitchen and David Bann Restaurant. the owners' attention to detail truly impressed us, as they provided instructional videos on how to operate everything in the immaculately clean and well-maintained apartment. This made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, knowing exactly how to use the radiators, boiler, and even the TV remotes without any confusion. the comfortable beds and spacious rooms added to our overall satisfaction, with the twin room being a standout favorite. We were particularly impressed with the ample supply of free toiletries, the fully stocked kitchen with top-notch cookware and utensils, and the electric kettle that made brewing tea a breeze. Every little detail was thought of, from the ironing facilities to the welcoming sitting area and dining table. We can't thank the owners enough for their hospitality and for making our experience truly unforgettable.
